Firstly, check if you received an SMS confirmation for your purchase? (this SMS also inform you about your advisor availability status)

If you didn’t receive an SMS from us, it could be that the number that you entered was incorrect or something is wrong with your network.

If you did get an SMS from us, that means that you have entered your number correctly! and your advisor might be unavailable (please look at the SMS received for your advisor availability status)

If you can’t wait for your advisor call, you may use your minutes with other online advisors by requesting a call-back from the advisor page.

Click “Use minutes” > “Get a call-back”
