How do I request a refund?

If you are not happy with the reading you have received from your advisor and would like to receive a refund, please submit a ticket with our support.
Please note that the refund request must be submitted within 3 days from the session in question.
In your ticket please include the session's date, advisor's name and the reason for the refund.
Once we have received this info, we will review your request. Please note, we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your session.
In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund or provide you free minutes instead.
